ANNIE LOU LINDSEY BROOKS
Annie Lou Lindsey Brooks, 89, of
Edison died Sunday April 11, 2004, at Calhoun Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Brooks was born April 29, 1914 in Clay County to the late
Lonnie Earl Lindsey and the late Florence McCorkle Renfroe Lindsey.
She was a homemaker and a member of Salem Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Brooks; one
daughter, Carol Louise Brooks; and one brother, Wilton Renfroe.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Rowland and husband Ed of
Franklin, NC; and Wanda Stanley and husband Charles of Milledgevile, Ga.;
three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at Salem Cemetery at 2
pm with Rev. Jackie Williams officiating.
Donations may be made to Salem Cemetery Fund or the Christian Family
Center, PO Box 149 Rockledge, Ga.
Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home was in charge of
arrangements.
